2nd Consortium Meeting

On 3 and 4 May 2022, the second consortium meeting in Willebroek, Belgium took place – this time as a long awaited face-to-face meeting. All consortium partners were present with at least one representative. Depending on the topic, additional participants were connected via online link. Thanks to good planning and very concentrated work, all topics on the agenda were successfully dealt with. The current development status of the «CareApp» and the «Remote Care Assist Application» were presented and further planning was discussed and defined.

In addition, the first results of the pilot test of the «Remote Care Assist» service and the LimeSurvey on the «CareApp» were presented. A demo showed that it makes sense to design the user interface as simple as possible. The upcoming design development will therefore focus on further improvements regarding the interface and the interaction design. The end user organisations also presented their ideas for the «Education & Training» service and the «Market Place» service. These two services are planned to be implemented by the time of the main field trials.

On the second day, three separate groups worked on the following topics and planned the next steps:

• Group 1: Detailed planning of the pre-trials
• Group 2: Discussion of first draft of B2B business plan
• Group 3: Disussion of development topics for both services, including interface design

A big thank you goes to Korian for hosting the meeting in the Senior Plaza. Marc in particular was very attentive to all participants. With his beer-testing event on the evening of the first day, he provided really a «social highlight» ;-)
