Field tests will start in Austria and Luxembourg in September 2022. For the first time, both the new CareApp and the innovative Remote Care Assist system will be tested.
In preparation for these field tests, a two-day coordination meeting with colleagues from Stëftung Hëllef Doheem in Luxembourg took place in early August. We accompanied home care workers on their tours, demonstrated the functionality of the CareApp and the Remote Care Assist system, and gathered feedback from future users in Luxembourg.
